The Southport Chamber of Commerce (The Chamber) does not offer refunds if you decide not to attend an event and wish to cancel you attendance as a result. We don’t offer refunds for products or services purchased where you simply change your mind.
The Chamber will offer alternative dates for postponed events and in the event the new date is unsuitable a refund will be made available. The Chamber will offer refunds for events cancelled by The Chamber.
All purchases from the Chamber are covered by normal consumer law and a copy of our policy in relation to this is attached.
Please note that refunds can only be made to the same credit card as used to make the purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with goods purchased from The Chamber please email the info@scoc.org.au in the first instance so that we can resolve any problems.
