Republik Property Partners is a boutique real estate office based in Southport and specialising in commercial and residential sales and leasing. The company, which was previously know as Savills Gold Coast, has been established in Southport since 2001.
In the commercial industry we specialise in offices, retail and industrial sales and leasing.
In the residential markets we specialise in high end properties and waterfront properties as well as unit sales and investment sales.
We also have a highly successful and experienced project marketing division selling newly built residential units off the plan across the Gold Coast.
Republik Property Partners also manage commercial and retail properties ranging from offices through to shopping centres.

Previous to this he had 13 years’ experience in sports marketing and management with various basketball Associations throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory. Throughout his recent work period in commercial sales and leasing, Doug has proven to be a highly effective negotiator across a broad range of fields and has demonstrated the unique ability to think outside the square with approaches to marketing and presentations. Doug volunteers his time as a Board Member of the Southport Chamber of Commerce. He also previously volunteered as a Board Member of the Gold Coast Basketball Association and member of the Surfers Paradise Sunrise Rotary club. |
